[ This retreat experience has been curated for a limited number of participants. Please note the retreat refund and cancellation policy below. ]

Retreat registrations canceled on or before July 12, 2026 (61 days prior to event start date), will be refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling between July 13 – July 28, 2026 (45-60 days prior to the event start) will receive a 50% refund, but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after July 29, 2026, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual at the mutual agreement of the original payee and at the discretion of the conference host.

The only exception to this policy is if the retreat must be canceled in its entirety; at which time all parties would be notified and provided a full 100% refund.
